An anonymous letter regarding the mining of schools and several buildings in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky came to the mail of the Kamchatka media at 6:45 am Kamchatka time. The message regarding the upcoming attack looks like this:
“Good morning, Kamchatka, our team of specialists has successfully mined several schools in Petropavlovsk Kamchatsky. Your job is to figure out which ones before it’s too late. The bombs will explode around 10:30 am. We also mined the Duma, the Kamchatka Regional Court, the airport, the Office of the Judicial Department in the Kamchatka Territory, and the Mechta shopping center.
