Magaly Medina revealed this Monday that Andy Polo He sent a notarized letter to his ex-partner and mother of his children, Génessis Alarcón, after denouncing him for physical and psychological violence.
“Andy Polo arrived in Lima and the first thing he did when he got off the plane was to send a notarial letter to his still wife, Génnesis, to ask her to stop lying about him.”, pointed out the popular ‘Urraca’ at the beginning of her program of shows.
The ATV figure read part of the document that the soccer player’s legal defense sent to the young mother and considered that it had a threatening tone.
“I make it clear that I have never exercised physical or psychological violence against you, which is why I am surprised that you express so many lies to the press, who now identify me as a violent and sexist being, having been influenced by your statements without any evidence.”, reads part of the document.
In the notarial letter, Andy Polo not only denies having attacked his still wife, but also assures that it was she who left the house she had rented in the Miraflores district to go to her grandmother’s house located in Barrios Altos.
Likewise, he reiterates that the sentimental relationship that both had ended several years ago, for which he denies having committed any act of infidelity.
