In order to be part of the National Fan Registry, the person who wishes to go to the stadium must register with their biometric data, that is, their face and their identity card, to be identified in the event of committing a crime inside the sports venues. .
As Pablo Milad explained to La Tercera, the National Fan Registry “is a benefit for Chilean soccer fans and will allow us to definitively isolate criminals who only seek to cause damage and destruction.”
Meanwhile, Felipe De Pablo pointed out that the National Fan Registry will allow “facilitating fans’ access to stadiums, but also detecting and identifying those people who only seek to commit crimes and are not interested in football.”
How to register?
The Anfp released the following instructions
1) To register in the fan registry you will need a cell phone and your Chilean identity card.
2) Access the registrypagedelhincha.cl, where you will find a landing page with system information and a button to start the activation process.
3) Start the process and accept the terms and conditions of the processing of your data.
4) Capture a photo of your ID card from the front and back
5) Take a selfie.
6) The system verifies that the photograph on your identity card matches the features and identity of the person who took the selfie.
How to enter the stadium?
1) Get closer than one meter to the screen.
2) The system will recognize you immediately and display it on the screen.
3) You’re already in, enjoy the game!
Specify that, for this, the individual “must be obliged to carry their Chilean identity card at all times both when entering and staying at the stadium.”
