As for the cause, the assembly was done before the adhesive on the part that detects the temperature (NTC thermistor) was completely cured. It is said that it was because there was a case where it was lost. Unlike other products, this product has an NTC thermistor on the back, so it is easy for misalignment to occur, and there was a solid that could cause an internal short circuit.
