It’s been a week now since the famous Delon clan has been tearing itself apart. There had been tensions in the past, but they had never been exposed like this. Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon on one side and their sister Anouchka Delon on the other never stop going blow for blow.
It all started on January 4 with the long interview given by Anthony Delon to Paris Match to announce, in particular, having filed a complaint against Anouchka. He accuses her of having hidden important and decisive information about their father’s health from him. A few hours later, the one who has always been described as Alain Delon’s darling daughter announced through her council that she wanted to file a complaint for harassment and defamation. Subsequently, we learned that it was her little brother Alain-Fabien Delon – with whom she shares the same mother Rosalie van Breemen – who filed a complaint on December 22 for “abuse of weakness to the detriment of their father”.

Until recently, Alain Delon and his daughter Anoucka had one thing in common: being represented by the same lawyer. The Samurai is also represented by Laurence Bedossa. This lawyer representing father and daughter was none other than Me Christophe Ayela. A link which is now written in the past tense since the latter has just announced Figaro that he is no longer Anouchka’s lawyer. An announcement made when the Montargis public prosecutor’s office made it official that a doctor was contacted in order to assess the state of health of Alain Delon after requests for judicial protection made by the 88-year-old actor’s lawyers .

At the question : “While this clan implodes, you defend the interests of Alain Delon but also those of his daughter, Anouchka. While the courts have mandated a doctor for an expertise on Alain Delon, will there be a conflict of interest concerning you?“, asked Le FigaroMe Christophe Ayela responds: “I am no longer Anouchka’s lawyer. We decided with Anouchka, to calm the debates, that she would hire her own lawyer to defend herself. A milestone has been reached since a complaint [pour “abus de faiblesse” sur Alain Delon, NDLR] was filed against her by her brother, Alain-Fabien. Before, she was only targeted by Anthony’s handrail and an article in Paris Match, which really pissed off her father.”
The lawyer calls for appeasement regarding this affair which has caused a lot of ink to flow, Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon speaking in the media (Paris Match, BFMTV, CnEWS…) but also on their social networks, just like their sister Anouchka who was invited to the set of the 8 p.m. news on TF1 last Sunday. “I call on everyone to calm down. We are dealing with a public settling of scores, with limitless media savagery and aggressivenessdeclares the lawyer Figaro. It’s time for this to stop!
