Charlotte Grastilleur, scientific director “food safety” and deputy director of health-food risk assessment, will give a conference on Saturday 24 February at 2.30 p.m., “practical workshops” area, hall 1, aisle R, stand 036.

In our lab space, continuously:

  • during the workshop “food safety”investigate with our experts to discover the cause of food poisoning occurring after a birthday;
  • find out what scientists are doing to identify the disease responsible for the sudden death of a cow during the workshop “animal health”;
  • l’atelier “plant health” invites you to take part in a survey to understand why the inhabitants of a municipality complain of allergies and what to do to prevent these inconveniences, in particular by using a biocontrol solution;
  • a workshop is also offered to you to go further on biocontrol solutions and understand how the use of micro-organisms, insects or pheromones can help protect crops.

Under our tree, let yourself be told two pretty stories, every 15 minutes:

  • “In the land of bubbles” will make the little ones aware of the importance of practicing physical activity to stay in good health;
  • “Entre deux eaux” will lead them to think about the importance of using water responsibly.

Finally, test your knowledge:

How to decipher food packaging, why respect the use-by date, when to wash your hands, which food is the richest in vitamin C? All these questions will find their answers on the tablet made available under our tree.

Films streamed will help you get to know ANSES and its missions better, and our scientists will answer all your questions.
