ANSES and AFIP have suppressed my retirement assets and left me without support.
In early October, ANSES informed me by phone that they would restore the “Res. 14/09 Teacher Salary Variation” project that was deleted in February 2020.
However, on the day of collection – 24-, when I went to the bank to withdraw the receipt and collect my pension, there was a “forbidden” of 0 pesos. I requested information from ANSES and they claimed that AFIP had withheld claims that they were supposed to collect.
They said there was no money. I want to know where are the funds that have been budgeted since 2009 (Resolution 14/09), taken from me under false pretenses and legally certified by me? He answered me: The money is not there because “someone” kept it!
