Aperol Spritz for at home

If Kitzbühel isn’t on your travel plan at the moment, just treat yourself to a glass of pure Italo enjoyment at home. For your very own perfect serve, it’s best to take a really large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour in 75 ml of Prosecco and then add 50 ml of the bittersweet Aperol. Add a splash of soda water to the glass for the necessary bubbles and refreshing taste. Finally, add half an orange slice upright and make sure it remains between the ice cubes. Et voilà: Your very own homemade Aperol Spritz is ready and will instantly remind you of your last vacation in Italy. And honestly: there are no better thoughts in winter than these, right?

The 3-2-1 principle at a glance:

  • 3 parts Prosecco
  • 2 parts Aperol
  • 1 Teil Sodawasher
  • 1/2 orange slice
