Apple announces “Apple Music Sing”, a new section coming soon for karaoke lovers

What should not be missing today in a meeting of friends or in a celebration is without a doubt karaoke, and it seems that Apple You know this very well from the announcement they have made.

Before the end of this year and for all those who are subscribers to the service Apple Music worldwide, they will have access to a new section called “Apple Music Sing”.

As you will see in the images, it is an interface that is very similar to the one we see when we activate the synchronized lyrics in Apple Music, but they will be adapted to enjoy karaoke, lighting up each letter to set the rhythm.

“Apple Music Sing” will not only show us the synchronized lyrics of the song, it will also allow us to control the volume of the song’s voice, even having the option of being able to silence it completely so that it can be replaced by our voice.

We are even going to have the option to be able to sing in duets, an essential function for when several people want to sing the song.

Initially there will be 50 playlists that will include great hits adapted for this new karaoke section and it is expected that the catalog will expand with new songs over time.

When and where will it be available?

As announced by Apple, the new service will be available to all Apple Music subscribers, and worldwide.

In the case of devices, you can use it on iPhones with iOS 16.2 and other equivalent versions of other operating systems. And exclusively on the new Apple TV 4K, which would leave out previous generations, at least initially.
