Apple launches the world’s longest cable

Apple has launched the new Thunderbolt 4 Pro Cable, the longest Thunderbolt 4 cable in the world, with a length of 3 meters.

The American company explained that it allows charging devices with a capacity of up to 100 watts and connecting screens via DisplayPort-Alt-Mode.

The cable can transfer data up to 40 Gbit/s and is compatible with Thunderbolt 3, USB 4 and USB 3.1 Gen 2.

Apple announced that the price of the new cable is $159.
