A user decided to show that it is possible to do Upgrading Storage on a MacBook modern. In this sense, he showed on his company’s channel on YouTube a solution that allows the procedure to be carried out on a component officially considered non-replaceable, as it is soldered to the board.

In general, this novelty is related to a miniplaca microssoldada in the location where the original storage components of the equipment are located. It is worth noting that they are removed and replaced, although the process was not detailed, but ended up allowing the addition or removal of new components with different capabilities.

These new parts bring interesting advantages, such as the possibility of being replaced without the need for additional mini-welding. Likewise, they are available in capacities ranging from 256GB to 1TB of capacity, being equipped without any problem in a MacBook model with an M1 chip.
