Apple Ranks as the Worst Employer in the United States, Study Finds

Apple is the worst employer in the United States, according to a new study.

The platform specialized in resume writing, Resume.ioanalyzed data from the 100 largest US companies to assess their level of employee retention.

By establishing the average time during which workers remained employed by these companies, the specialized site established a list of the best, but also the worst employers in the country.

It is the multinational oil company ConocoPhillips which tops the charts with an average retention of 10.6 years.

Several web giants, however, have much lower results and are among the last companies in this ranking.

Here are the 10 worst employers in America and their average retention rate:

1- Apple: 1.7 years

2- Amazon et Meta: 1.8 years

3- Elevance Health: 1.9 years

4- Tesla: 2.0 years

5- AMD et ServiceNow: 2.3 years

6- Salesforce et NextEra Energy: 2.8 years

7- S&P Global et TJX: 2.9 years

8- Goldman Sachs: 3.0 years

9- Abbott, Netflix et Vertex: 3.1 years

10- Nvidia et MasterCard: 3.2 years
