Apple has just made available to all users of compatible Apple Watches the watchOS 9.5.1 (compilation 20T570).
This is a one-off update, which Apple says “includes improvements and bug fixes for your Apple Watch”.
One of the issues recently reported by users was watchOS 9.5 eventually displaying a green/gray screen, something that should have been fixed in this 9.5.1 release.
It is worth noting that watchOS 9.6 is also already in beta, along with iOS 16.6, iPadOS 16.6, macOS Ventura 13.5 and tvOS 16.6.

Incredibly, according to reader reports and confirmed by the MacMagazinetoday’s update still *didn’t* fix the gray/greenish screen issue.
Come on, Apple… ????
