Apple: the HomePod mini will be available in Belgium at the end of March

It’s official, the connected speaker from Apple will soon be available, officially and for the first time, in Belgium.

Until now reserved for a handful of countries, the HomePod mini is finally coming to us, thanks to the recent addition of a Flemish version of Siri. Without this option, Apple did not want to offer the speaker in our country, for fear of frustrating half the country.

If the HomePod mini was already easily available online (especially via FNAC), this official release will facilitate its marketing. Available in five colors, the speaker is sold with us at a price of 109 euros.

Note that, like many Apple products, buying a HomePod mini only makes sense if you are invested in the Apple brand ecosystem. Its features are numerous, but are almost all related to iPhone, Apple Music, HomeKit or iCloud. In other words, if you’re an Android user, the HomePod mini will have very little appeal.

For Apple fans, good news buying a HomePod mini will get you access to 6 months of Apple Music for free (for new subscribers only). As for the release date of the product, Apple has not specified a date, and is content to display a vague “available from the end of March” on its site.
