Apple Watch Ultra 3: new model may not be launched in 2024, reveals Kuo

According to new information published by Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple may not launch a new Apple Watch Ultra model in 2024. This is because internal sources claim that the company has not yet started developing this watch.

If Apple doesn’t officially start the Apple Watch Ultra 3 project by December, it’s all but confirmed that we won’t see a new Apple Watch Ultra in 2024.

For Kuo, Apple has a very strict schedule for developing new products. Therefore, the company usually starts its projects very early to give it time to carry out several tests before the official launch.

The analyst also believes that Apple may stop launching a new Ultra model in 2024 to “think regarding innovations” and other health features.

Apple may need more time to develop innovative health management features and solve current-generation problems.

Furthermore, Kuo believes that the next Apple Watch Ultra might hit the market with a 2.1-inch Micro-LED screen in 2025. In other words, a considerable change that justifies the generation change.

It’s worth remembering that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 was announced with a screen of up to 3,000 nits, S9 chip, 64 GB of internal storage, “double tap” feature and other small improvements.
