Apple working on new iPad Mini, expected to launch as early as late 2023

According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is working on a new iPad Mini, expected to launch as early as late 2023 or early 2024.

Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst at TF International Securities, tweeted that the new iPad mini will retain the same design. but the specification will upgrade a lot compared to the previous version

Additionally, Apple is currently working on a new version of the iPad mini equipped with a new processor as the main selling point, and the mass shipment is expected to start by the end of 2023 or in 1H24.

The previous model had an 8.3-inch display, an A15 Bionic chip, a USB-C port, Touch ID embedded in the power button, and a cellular model with 5G support. Prices for the 64GB model start at $499.

Kuo also said that the foldable iPad won’t replace the iPad mini until 2025, and the price will be much higher than the regular iPad Mini. because it catches different customer groups
