Apple has introduced a number of conditions that must be met by potential buyers of Vision Pro augmented reality headsets. The company announced this in a newsletter to clients.
Only those users who have already purchased an iPhone or iPad will be able to pre-order Vision Pro glasses. In addition, device owners must have active Face ID in order to be able to place an order.
Apple announced Vision Pro augmented reality glasses in the summer of 2023. The headset costs $3,499. Later, Apple was forced to reduce production of devices due to a shortage of components. Sales are due to begin in early 2024.
