The UAE re-introduced the 90-day visitor visa last May. This category of visa is in high demand because it allows you to stay in the UAE for up to 90 days and find a job. At present, three-month visas are granted in two categories. The first of these is that a person with a residence visa in the UAE can sponsor close family members and friends. The person sponsoring should have a salary of not less than six thousand dirhams.
The second category is the granting of visitor visas through travel agencies. The travel agent will be the sponsor here. The only documents required for this are passport copy and photograph. The visa costs between 1200 dirhams and 1400 dirhams. Visa will be available within two to five days after application.
