A little more than a year following the amendment of the law protecting whistleblowers, few employees know their rights and the means at their disposal when they discover reprehensible facts within their organization or are victims of them. Since the entry into force last September of the Waserman law of March 2022, the establishment of an internal reporting channel is mandatory in companies with at least 50 employees. The smallest do not have the obligation but can create one.
