Currency exchange rates in Egyptian banks varied at the end of trading today, Sunday, as the dollar exchange rate rose against the Egyptian pound by two piasters to record 18.30 pounds for purchase, and one piaster for the selling price rose to record 18.39 pounds.
The euro exchange rate fell one piaster to record 19.90 pounds for purchase, and two piasters for the selling price fell to 20.01 pounds, and the pound sterling fell 5 piasters to record 23.84 for buying, and 6 piasters for the selling price fell to 23.98 pounds, according to the latest update of the Central Bank of Egypt website.
On the level of Arab currencies, the Saudi riyal exchange rate stabilized today, recording 4.87 pounds for purchase, and 4.90 pounds for sale. The Kuwaiti dinar exchange rate rose 5 piasters, recording 60.02 for buying, and two piasters fell to the selling price, recording 60.36 pounds.
In the transactions of the National Bank, the exchange rate of the dollar against the pound rose by one piaster, to record 18.30 pounds for purchase, and 18.38 pounds for the selling price.
The euro exchange rate rose by one piaster to record 19.83 pounds for purchase, and 20.01 pounds for sale, and the sterling pound rose by one piaster to record 23.75 pounds for purchase, and 24.04 pounds for the selling price.
The Saudi riyal exchange rate was fixed at 4.87 pounds for purchase, and the selling price rose by one piaster, recording 4.90 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar exchange rate rose 3 piasters to record 57.74 pounds for purchase, and 60.31 pounds for the selling price.
According to Banque Misr’s transactions, the exchange rate of the dollar against the pound rose by 3 piasters to record 18.30 pounds for purchase, and one piaster for the selling price rose, recording 18.38 pounds for sale.
The euro exchange rate rose by 4 piasters to record 19.83 pounds for purchase, and the selling price rose by about one piaster to record 20.01 pounds.
The price of the pound sterling increased by 4 piasters to record 23.75 pounds for purchase, and it rose by one piaster for the selling price, recording 24.04 pounds.
The exchange rate of the Saudi riyal rose by one piaster, to record 4.87 pounds for purchase, and 4.90 pounds for sale. The Kuwaiti dinar exchange rate rose 12 piasters, recording 57.75 pounds for purchase, and 4 piasters rose to the selling price to 60.29 pounds.
