A representation of the new generations in Pinar del Río celebrated the birthday of the Union of Young Communists (UJC) and the José Martí Pioneers Organization (OPJM) in the day before the anniversary that commemorates the birth of two important organizations in the country.
With the impetus of those who in their time raised flags for the Homeland, today young people promote the nation’s projects.
The University of Medical Sciences of Pinar del Río hosted the celebration, which included the main authorities of the Party and the Government of Vueltabajo.
A few hours following arriving at the 61st anniversaries of the UJC and 62nd of the OPJM, the youth of Pinar del Río demonstrated their commitment to the Cuban revolutionary process.
Members of that house of higher studies entered the Union of Young Communists with the delivery of the card that accredits them as members of the organization.
