Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development answered the question, “Are public sector employees allowed to engage in business or work in the private sector?”

The ministry clarified that public sector employees are not allowed to open a commercial registry, conduct business or work in the private sector.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development had stated that the service “Review/Update worker data” had been launched on the e-services portal to enable enterprise representatives to update employment data.
