New Delhi – Argentina’s football team and Lionel Messi’s fans are all over India, but the biggest fans are in Kerala, said Franco Agustin Senilliani Melchior, Commercial Head of the Argentine Embassy. He was at Kerala House to thank the Malayalees for supporting Argentina in the FIFA World Cup football match. Kerala House Resident Commissioner Saurabh Jain, Controller C.A. Ameer, Information Officer Sini K. Thomas together with Franco Augustine Senilliani received.
Argentina is interested in providing football training to children in Kerala. He also stated that Argentina’s ambassador Hugo Javier Gobi and his team will visit Kerala. Franco Augustine Senilliani watched the video prepared by the Department of Information Public Relations with the joyful performance of the Malayali fans and the relevant parts of the final.
The joy was shared by cutting the Christmas cake prepared by adding pictures of the joyous performance of the Argentina team and Kerala fans. Then Franco Agustin Senilliani Melchior returned after playing football with Argentina fans.
