Thiruvananthapuram: On the second day of the International Film Festival, 67 films will be screened. The Malayalam movie ‘Ariip’ is showing today. The international festival will pay tribute to the late actor Pratap Pothan. The Gujarati film directed by Pan Nalin and India’s Oscar hopeful ‘Chello Show’ will also be shown for the first time today.
The first screening of Mahesh Narayanan’s competition film ‘Ariyippi’ in Kerala will be held today. The announcement, which was earlier screened at the Locarno fair, will be screened at Tagore Theater at 2.30 pm. And Klondike, a story set in the backdrop of the Russia-Ukraine war, and the Iranian film Hoopo will also be screened in the competition section today.
