Argentine justice arrived this Thursday at an agreement with the 56 Colo Colo fans arrested, for leading incidents within the framework of the match against Boca Juniors by Copa Libertadores, and ordered that they be released.
Although they were released, the fans of the “Cacique” must comply with a series of restrictive measures and also pay a heavy fine.
In the agreement with the Specialized Prosecutor for Massive Events, supporters of the albo team must pay the sum of one million pesos (almost 3,250,000 Chilean pesos) and will not be able to enter an Argentine court for one year.
“The prohibition of approaching, entering and permanence in stadiums on the occasion of events of a massive nature and/or football was ordered for a term of 1 year”, revealed judicial sources.
The amount that the fans will pay will be directed to the General Attorney of the city of Buenos Aires as affected part for the incidents.
During the excesses in the Argentine capital, six of the fans of the current Chilean champion were injured, they were assisted at the Argerich Hospital and five of them have already been discharged.
In the event that any Colocolino fan fails to comply with any measure, they will be arrested by the crime of disobedience and “will be punished with imprisonment from 15 days to one year.”
