Bengaluru: A car driver was dragged on a running scooter after an argument related to a vehicle collision. During the argument, when the scooter rider Sahil tried to escape, the car driver Muthappa, who tried to hold him back, dragged him along the road for about a kilometer. The incident took place on Magadi Road in Bengaluru on Tuesday afternoon.
