The Spanish National Police arrested a minor this Thursday at a secondary school in Jerez de la Frontera, in the southern province of Cádiz, after the attack on three teachers and two students with a knife, as reported to CNN. a spokesperson for that security body.

The young man, who according to the police was carrying two knives, was subdued by citizen security agents inside the school after receiving a warning call at 8:25 am, local time.

Subsequently, he was transferred to the local police station and from there he would be taken “in a few hours” to the minor’s prosecutor to have his statement taken, said Adrián Domínguez, spokesperson for the National Police.
