His run lasted four years. A murderer was found and arrested Friday by special forces in Aywaille, in the province of Liège, according to our colleagues at Sudinfo.

This Hutois was sentenced in 2019 to a heavy sentence for having killed Jean-Claude Libiez. This tobacco store owner was 63 years old. He was shot dead in October 2016 during a robbery that went wrong at the Beaumont farm in Roisin near Mons.

There were seven accused in this case, including Josué who tried to defend himself at the time by explaining that he was involved in another theft on the day of the incident. But the Hainaut Assize Court did not believe it and sentenced him to 18 years for theft and murder.

According to La Meuse, Josué however took advantage of permission to escape. His escape lasted more than four years until his violent arrest on Friday morning in Aywaille.
