Carabineros from the Diego Portales Sub-police Station in Rancagua arrested two individuals for the crime of rape, in addition to clarifying a complaint for the alleged misfortune of a minor.
On Saturday followingnoon, Carabineros received a complaint for alleged misfortune ofa 13 year old teenager, whose whereregardings were unknown since the early hours of the morning according to his father. Faced with this situation, Carabineros began an exhaustive search, which took them to a home located in the eastern sector of the regional capital.
In said place, The authorities found the missing teenager along with another 15-year-old girl and two men, identified as HELV, 24 years old, and BWZS, 16 years old, both of Chilean nationality.
During the inspection of the place, various drugs were found: 22 tussi tablets and 10 yellow tablets with a skull design, which were identified as ecstasy.
The adolescents were transferred to a healthcare center, where they underwent a sexological examination that gave a positive result for rape in one of the casesin addition to giving positive in toxicological test. In the other case, the result was positive only in the toxicological examination.
The two men were arrested for the crime of rape, being the adult was placed at the disposal of detention control, while the adolescent was warned.
