On February 25, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Investigation Agency issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the accused and execute a 4-month detention order for Hua Van Toan (residing in Bac Kan province). Hua Van Toan is a registrar, Deputy Director of Bac Kan Register Joint Stock Company in Tuyen Quang province, and is being investigated for taking bribes.

Previously, the Investigation Police Agency conducted an urgent search of Hua Van Toan’s residence in Song Cau ward, Bac Kan city, Bac Kan province and at his workplace in Lam Luong village, Tu District commune, Yen Son district, province. Tuyen Quang, seized many objects and documents related to the case.
The police are continuing to investigate and expand the case to handle in accordance with the law.
