Carlos Augusto Galbán Orozco, 27 years old, was arrested at the facilities of the Mayor Buenaventura Vivas Guerrero International Airport, in Santo Domingo del Táchira.
Officials of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminalistics Investigations Corps (Cicpc), arrested Galbán for being required by the First Control Court of Hearings and Measures of Violence Against Women of the state of Lara, for trafficking in persons for pornographic purposes, after arduous Field investigations revealed that the man, who lives in the Republic of Colombia, returned to Venezuela with the intention of capturing more young people and taking them to the neighboring country to continue exploiting them.
