Kochi: Former SFI leader and second suspect in the case, Abin C. Raj, who gave a fake certificate to former SFI area secretary Nikhil Thomas, who is accused in the fake certificate case, has been taken into police custody. The certificate was issued through an agency called Orion in Ernakulam. The police are also investigating if there are more people behind the fake certificate transaction.
