In the Moscow region, men who attacked a 19-year-old boy with a mohawk were arrested for two months. On Wednesday, July 12, it was reported in the telegram channel Prosecutor’s Office of the Moscow Region.
“Taking into account the position of the prosecutor’s office, the court chose a measure of restraint in respect of the suspects in the form of detention for a period until September 10, 2023. At the hearing, one of the suspects asked the court to choose a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest, the second did not object to the investigator’s petition. Both pleaded guilty to the crime,” the statement said.
The criminal case was transferred for further investigation to the investigative department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region.
