Vienna (OTS) – “Hardly any director in the German-speaking world has left us with such a diverse and wide-ranging body of work as Wolfgang Glück. “His loss hurts all the more,” said Art and Culture State Secretary Andrea Mayer about the death of the film, television and stage director. “Wolfgang Glück not only gave Austria an Oscar nomination and numerous unforgettable films, opera and theater evenings, but with his work as a teacher he also helped shape several generations of film and theater professionals after him. That’s another reason why he will be missed. My thoughts are with his family.”
