Vienna (OTS) – “On stage and in front of the camera, Elisabeth Trissenaar immersed herself in her roles, demanded a lot from herself and her art and celebrated great successes with her powerful and complex performances. With her dedication to acting, she and her husband Hans Neuenfels played a decisive role in shaping a change in the German-speaking theater business. As a great tragedian and an impressive and elegant actress in front of the camera, her film legacy will also remain unforgotten. We all acknowledge her for her life’s work. My condolences go out to her family, her friends and companions,” said Art and Culture State Secretary Andrea Mayer on the death of Elisabeth Trissenaar.
