Harfoush bin Barquq Al-Rakibdar (Adel Imam) goes with a message to the governor to send supplies to the besieged city of Rashid by the British. On the way he meets Hakim Rouhani who sends him to Cairo in the twentieth century

Crisis movie message to the governor
The movie “Letter to the Governor” faced a legal crisis due to Dr. Nabil Farouk’s claim that the story had been stolen from a booklet he had issued in the 2000 series “The Mission” under the title “The Mission”, Issue No. 16 of the 2000 series.
This allegation led to a court case between Nabil Farouk and the writer of the film, Bassam Ismail, and the case has not yet been resolved. It is noteworthy that the writer of the film did not appear much in the field of television or cinema drama after writing this film.
