“As if the world has begun to disappear.” A Saudi documents the moment a sandstorm entered Riyadh

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN)–The Saudi photographer, Salman Fahd Al-Abdali Al-Anzi, was recently able to document a majestic photo showing the moment a sandstorm entered the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

After the media circulated news about the possibility of a sand storm passing in Riyadh, Al-Enezi decided to prepare his camera and his “drone” in order to monitor this “great scene”, according to what he said in an interview with CNN in Arabic.

After waiting for two hours, the photographer witnessed the impending storm.

When confronted with this natural phenomenon, the medical photographer said: “The scene was like a fantasy, especially as it approached, (it seemed) as if the world began to disappear. It was a great scene worth waiting and documenting.”
