Kevin Volland entered his last year of contract with ASM this season, which he joined in September 2020 from Bayer Leverkusen.
The 31-year-old German has played 115 games and scored 39 goals in the Principality.
He was a substitute on Sunday during Monaco’s victory at Clermont.
