AS Panazol formalized the arrival of a second recruit on Thursday. After Sydney Seck, the promoted Haut-Viennese has secured the services of a very promising Senegalese striker, Khadim Dieng.
An experience in Italian D3
Aged 20, this 1.93 center forward familiarized me with the professional world. Passed by the Senegalese D1, Dieng evolved in Italy, at Feralpisalo, during the 2021-2022 financial year. With the Lombard club, the Senegalese made two appearances in Italian D3, including one in the semi-finals of the D2 accession playoffs (Serie B) against Palermo.
Without a club last season following an aborted transfer to Belgium, Khadim Dieng joined AS Panazol with the aim of relaunching his career. “We had been in contact with Khadim for several months and he comes to us to revive himself, explains Amine Ihrab, the Haut-Viennese coach. He is a complete player and he must find a good physical condition. He has great qualities of goalscorer, he takes depth, he is comfortable with his back to goal and he is good in duels. He has one more trick than the others.”
After these two offensive recruits, the Panazolais club is notably awaiting reinforcements within its midfield.
