From April 5 to 14, Landes restaurateurs, producers and hoteliers come together to offer a rich and varied program to introduce you to all the flavors linked to asparagus. Demonstrations, farm visits and tastings are offered to help you appreciate asparagus in all its aspects. “Asparagus in celebration” is the unmissable meeting place for asparagus lovers in the Landes.
April 6 is the “awakening of the taste buds” in Mont-de-Marsan
It is on Place Saint-Roch in Mont-de-Marsan with its emblematic market, the kingdom of Landes flavors, that asparagus producers will meet you from 9 a.m. to let you taste their asparagus sublimated by Montois cooks. : braised, sautéed, poached or fricassees there will be something for everyone.
The museum of rural life in the Landes region of Laluque also offers an animation on the traditional cultivation of asparagus in the Landes.
