The last time they were talked regarding in Le Mans (Sarthe), it was during a free musical evening, organized at the beginning of November at the Septante-deux brasserie. This time, the members of the Le Mans Dance Music Association, event organizer Aspects in particular, is suitable for dancers and music lovers in Antarès, from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Exit parks and clubs, the general public event will take place in the corridors of the Le Mans concert hall. An atypical place that the collective intends to make the most of. The evening will be held in the main entrance with a stage and a bar, surrounded by two large staircases.
Upstairs, a second stage will be installed, as well as a second bar. And on the patio, the organizers are planning food trucks. The goal for the association: “Freeing yourself from more traditional room layouts, and offering a feeling of freedom to participants. »
Free before 8 p.m.
Another curiosity is the extended time slot, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. A choice made by the association, which also ensures free entry before 8 p.m.
“Club or techno nights tend to be in full swing for a few hours in the middle of the night. Concert evenings, for their part, are often confined to the early evening, explain the organizers. The idea is to break down these time barriers, to reach different audiences. »
To get all these beautiful people dancing, the collective brought together seven artists. Like Didier Allyne, a figure in the industry, former resident DJ at the Rex Club in Paris. Record dealer and founder of the Synchrophone label. Also invited: the Ukrainian Karine, the local Vector Field (from Sablé) and the Nantes native Atemi.
