The work recounts a personal biography. “Assi Al-Zind” is performed by Tim Hassan, embodying his status as one of the members of an influential family of power in the time of feudalism. Many servants work for them, so “Assi” falls at an early age in love with the daughter of their maid and dancer, played by the artist Dana Mardini.
