Assistance: Marocaine Vie attempts an incursion

To strengthen its assistance offer, La Marocaine Vie has entered into a partnership with Africa First Assist, a pioneer in this field in Morocco. The objective is to reinvent the experience for its policyholders.

La Marocaine Vie is continuing to expand its product offering and is opening up to assistance. The insurance company has just teamed up with Africa First Assist, a pioneer in assistance in Morocco, to “reinvent the experience of its policyholders”. This alliance is off to a flying start since it will initially enrich Sehha, the company’s main healthcare offer, which now offers insurance and assistance.

Indeed, “members of the Sehha insurance now benefit, in addition to health cover with high levels of reimbursement of treatment and hospitalization costs, assistance cover offering a multitude of guarantees and essential assistance benefits in the event of illness, accident or death, valid everywhere in Morocco, so that they, their spouse and their dependent children are protected in all circumstances and especially in the event of an emergency”, indicates we with the company.

And to add, “thanks to an assistance platform that can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Sehha policyholders benefit from first-rate medical, logistical and administrative management within extremely short deadlines in the event of a claim”.

Thus, the benefits offered are organized around two groups of benefits. The first concerns medical assistance in the event of accident or illness, including systematic access to doctors as soon as the accident occurs, urban and interurban transport in Morocco to the reception structure and return home, advance admission fees to a hospital unit, home medical visits in 44 towns in the Kingdom, sending a home nurse to 32 towns, etc.

The cover also includes, for the insured, assistance in the event of death, in particular covering the transport of the body, from the place of death to the place of burial in Morocco, and the related administrative procedures and formalities.

Through this partnership, La Marocaine Vie wants to position itself as the benchmark insurer alongside its customers and their families at important times. To do this, it has integrated value-added services into its offerings for its policyholders in order to protect them as well as possible, thus reaffirming its commitment as a responsible insurer.

This is precisely what Faiçal Zahlane, deputy general manager of La Marocaine Vie, says. He affirms that “customer satisfaction being more than ever at the heart of the priorities, this partnership is intended to extend to other offers of the company, which will in turn be expanded with additional services in inclusion, to be as close as possible policyholders throughout the relationship and particularly in the moments that matter”.

The same goes for Ibrahim El Kadiri, DGA of Africa First Assist, who is delighted with this partnership, the first stage of which “aims to provide policyholders with vital and complementary services to insurance guarantees”.
