Association of Merchants and Industrialists of Valera (ACOINVA) Meeting with Regional Government and National Organizations for Social Well-being Development

Members of the board of directors of the Association of Merchants and Industrialists of Valera (ACOINVA), participated in a meeting convened by the authorities of the regional government and representatives of national organizations. The meeting was headed by Mr. José Luis Rodríguez, president of Acoinva, who was accompanied by the Board of Directors; and by Engineer Carlos Gil, General Director of Agroecological Development of the State of Trujillo.

Rodríguez highlighted the importance of this first meeting, because the rapprochement between the private sector and representatives of the regional government serves to develop adequate public policy work that aim at social well-being.

“We are all citizens, part of the social fabric who benefit from efficient public policies,” said Rodríguez.

Engineer Carlos Gil, General Director of Agricultural Development, highlighted that the government that directs Gerardo Márquez, is willing to integrate all sectors of Trujillo society to direct Trujillo towards a state of development.

Gil highlighted that in the different organizations are carrying out corrective measures to eradicate bureaucratic proceduresIn turn, all entities are working together to provide honest attention and keep the different sectors informed.

The representatives of the different organizations emphasized that they are promoting awareness and information plans such as the zero management plan, quality ambassadors, quality seals, the SAPI, They are currently working on the issuance of guides, agricultural and health permits, documentation for the creation, updating, legalization of companiessecurity and support for farmers.

Finally, the officials participating in this first meeting recognized the willingness of ACOINVA to achieve this articulated work and to be able to retransmit information on the progress of the different public entities to facilitate processes; as well as the creation of alliances that lead to efficient development and social well-being for the people of Trujillo.
