ASUS introduced the 4.3-slot GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua OC Edition

As part of an ongoing collaboration with Noctua, ASUS has unveiled the GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua OC Edition graphics card. Its feature lies in the cooling system. It uses two proprietary 120mm Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans. The manufacturer calls the novelty the quietest air-cooled version of the GeForce RTX 4080 on the market.

Unfortunately, the company did not disclose the full technical specifications of the video card and, in particular, did not indicate the frequency of the AD103 GPU with 9728 CUDA cores, which is used in its basis. However, ASUS has confirmed that the new product has a dual BIOS system with quiet and productive modes.

The thickness of the GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua OC Edition graphics card is 4.3 expansion slots. According to ASUS, the accelerator cooling system, which includes, among other things, the evaporation chamber, is so effective that the peak temperature of the graphics processor of the video card does not exceed 61.7 degrees Celsius at peak times. At the same time, the cooling system of the novelty itself is very quiet. And the Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans in its composition have the function of a complete stop in the absence of a serious load on the graphics subsystem.

The manufacturer has not announced when the GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua OC Edition will go on sale.
