ASUS introduces two new ROG Rapture routers

ASUS presents not one, but two routers with the ROG Rapture GT-AXE16000 and ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro. Routers to increase the power of the wireless network within a home.

ROG Rapture: ASUS bends over backwards to offer us WiFi 6E

the GT-AXE16000 router is a 6E WiFi router and has a 64-bit quad-core processor running at 2 GHz within it. It is equipped with ASUS RF technologies and RangeBoost Plus. The 6 GHz frequency band frees up the lower frequency bands. The router is equipped with eight antennas, two 10 Gbps LAN ports, one 2.5 Gbps WAN port, and four 1 Gbps LAN ports. The router is also available with the technology AiMesh in order to make a Mesh system within his home.

the GT-AX11000 Pro is a router made for gaming. It supports tri-band WiFI 6 technology and is also equipped with a 2 GHz 64-bit quad-core processor. It has two 2.5 Gigabit ports. It is also compatible with RangeBoost Plus technology and has an additional 160 MHz channel in the 5 GHz band.

In terms of availability, the GT-AXE16000 will be marketed in the United States and Europe. The GT-AX11000 Pro will be sold worldwide in 2022. We do not yet know the prices at which they will be marketed.
