To receive a RedTech Award, the product or service must have been released within the last year.
The team evaluated the nominees by looking at market relevance, design, business benefits, operational benefits, innovation, technical excellence, and cost effectiveness of products and services. Eight companies were rewarded: AVT (for its THip Pro Video hybrid phone), Ferncast (for its audio codec mini-server), Theirs (for its Diamond broadcast modular console), On-Hertz (for his vocal booth), Orban (for its Optimod 5950 audio processor), Telos Alliance (for its Axia iQs virtual broadcast console), Tieline (for its IP Gateway 4 codec) and WorldCast (for its new Ecreso FM 1kW transmitter).
