He opens the door and within minutes, 18-year-old Payton Gendron commits carnage, killing ten people. “I saw this guy in full military combat gear, he was shooting at people”says a survivor.

Investigators found a 180-page manifesto on the internet and racist inscriptions were painted on his rifle. The residents are upset.
