World record holder Eliud Kipchoge will start the Boston Marathon on April 17, 2023. This was announced by his management. The double Olympic champion aims to win all six major marathons.

He has already celebrated victories in Berlin, London, Chicago and Tokyo. The only things missing for the 38-year-old Kenyan are successes in Boston and New York. Overall, he won 15 of his 17 marathons in his career.
