Sean Murphy finally he would be heading to another team. According to MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand, the A’s are close to reaching an agreement to move the catcher. The Cardinals, Rays, Rangers and Red Sox are among the teams that have been linked with Murphy in recent weeks.
Murhpy, a Gold Glove winner, hit .250/.332/.426 with 18 home runs and 66 RBIs for the A’s in 2022.
